Modeling and Control of Ultra Precision Systems

In the frontier fields such as modern advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and semiconductors, ultra-precision electromechanical systems are a necessary and important part. With the rapid development of technology, the requirements for their precision, stability, and reliability are continuously increasing, which also prompts an urgent need for in-depth research in this field. Therefore, we will welcome scholars and researchers in this field from all over the world to gather together, share the latest research results and practical experience, promote academic exchange and cooperation, drive the innovation and development of theories, and thereby facilitate the progress and development of related industries.

IWACCE-MCUPS’25 Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Advanced Modeling Theories and Methods of Ultra Precision Electromechanical Systems
  • Research on High-Precision Control Methods of Ultra Precision Electromechanical Systems
  • Filtering and State Estimation of Ultra Precision Electromechanical Systems
  • Modeling Theories and Methods of Micro Electromechanical Systems
  • Research on High-Precision Control Methods of Micro Electromechanical Systems
