Submission Guidelines
1. Abstract Submission
Submit your abstract via
Online Submission System before July 1st, 2021.
Abstract-only submission will be included in conference program, but will not be published, and authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation at the conference.
2. Full Paper Submission
Submit your full paper via
Online Submission System before July 18, 2021.

3. Final version submission and Camera-Ready
Final version submission due: August 15, 2021
Camera-Ready due: August 20, 2021
SPIE submission system (accept full paper only). Submission link will be provided at a later date.
Paper Selection and Publishing Process
- a) Basic Review
The editor or editorial assistant determines whether the manuscript fits the conference's focus and scope. Any manuscripts out of the conference's scope are rejected.
- b) Peer Review
The type of peer review is single-blind.
- c) Decision Is Made
After peer review, ultimately a decision is made via SPIE SRS system and a decision email is sent to the corresponding author.
- d) Notification of the Conference Registration
An email from the conference staff (info@iwacce.org) will be sent to the corresponding author about how to register.
- e) Registration Fee Is Paid
If the submission is accepted, the authors revise paper and pay the registration fee.
- f) Final Version Submission
The corresponding author of the paper must submit the final version of the paper to SPIE system before August 15, 2021 and Camera-Ready before August 20, 2021 in accordance with the instructions we sent.The corresponding author will be required to add to the SPIE paper record the names, affiliations, and email addresses of all coauthors listed on the manuscript. It is important that each author have a unique and current email address entered into the SPIE system to ensure that each author receives credit for the authorship on both the SPIE Digital Library, the paper citation, and when the papers are indexed. Requests to updated, edit, change, or add information to the paper after final submission will not be accommodated.
- g) Publication Notice
The corresponding author for the manuscript will receive an e-mail from SPIE once it has been published to the SPIE Digital Library.
- h) E-copy Proceedings Are Mailed
After publication, one E-copy of the conference proceedings in CD format will be posted by organizing committee to the corresponding author.
About Academic Misconduct
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
- Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
- Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
- Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
- Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
- No refunds will be made for academic misconduct at any time.
